Agreement

By installing or using UltraTalent - Badges by Tag, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Service Description

UltraTalent - Badges by Tag helps Shopify merchants create badge mappings from product tags and display matching badges through a Shopify theme app block.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate product tags and badge labels.
• Reviewing badge display in your theme before publishing changes.
• Ensuring badges, claims, and labels comply with laws and platform policies.
• Maintaining access to your Shopify store and theme settings.

Billing

Paid plans, if selected, are billed through Shopify. Pricing, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled using Shopify billing flows inside the app.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

Limitations

UltraTalent - Badges by Tag is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for lost sales, theme conflicts, incorrect badge labels, or store configuration issues.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or discontinue access if the app is misused or if continued operation is not possible.
