UltraTalent - Badges by Tag is a Shopify app that helps merchants display product badges based on Shopify product tags. This policy explains what information the app accesses, stores, and uses.
Information We Access
The app may access the following information through Shopify APIs:
- Shop information required to authenticate and run the app.
- Theme information required to help merchants add the app block.
- Shop metafields used to store badge mapping settings.
Information We Store
The app stores Shopify session records required for authentication and badge mapping settings saved by the merchant. Badge mappings may include product tag names, badge labels, colors, and display style settings.
Customer Data
UltraTalent - Badges by Tag does not collect, store, or process customer-level personal data. The app is designed to work with product tags and shop-level badge settings.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only to provide the app functionality, including:
- Authenticating the merchant inside Shopify admin.
- Saving badge settings selected by the merchant.
- Rendering matching badges through the theme app block.
- Supporting app setup and troubleshooting.
Data Sharing
We do not sell merchant or customer data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, operate, and support the app.
Data Retention and Deletion
App session records are removed when the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends applicable privacy compliance webhooks. Merchants can contact support to request help with data deletion.
